The African American Caucus of the New Hanover County Democratic Party is a local branch of a broader political caucus dedicated to empowering African American Democrats within the party’s structure at the county level. It’s an affiliated organization of the New Hanover County Democratic Party, focused on outreach, political engagement, representation, and community advocacy within the African American community.
